Project Overview

Loom House is an ongoing residential transformation where an inherited carcass is being reimagined into a refined, wellness-oriented home, suited to a young and quaint family of 4.

A robust employ of both creative genius and specific technical know-how helped us resolve real-time, gaping civil, mechanical and electrical inconsistencies, hence, redefining spatial logic and personalized, need-based functionality.

The science of sustainability is also a strong influence in this project , therefore, the exploration of alter-materials and materiality.

Without any doubt, we are building for our clients what is indeed a bespoke home, carefully fitted to their immediate and expansible future needs as a family and community.

Client Brief

The client envisioned a contemporary home that felt composed, restorative, and enduring rather than visually loud. With a 600sqm plus site size, they wanted a home well suited to their expanding family needs and priorities. A pool was a critical but tricky ask.

They wanted:

  • A calm, refined home anchored in authentic, timeless design principles and not trends.
  • Spaces that promote wellness, ease, and centered in longevity.
  • A home that is energy efficient, promoting sustainability values.

Our Approach

Loom House required more than design—it demanded architectural correction, spatial recalibration, and strategic foresight. We treated the carcass as raw potential, resolving defects, rethinking the site layout, and redefining key elements such as circulation, pool placement, and spatial sequencing. This allowed us to establish a clear, future-proof canvas upon which the design direction could meaningfully unfold.
