The white oak house is an opulent, contemporary, private family residence, sitting on a roughly 600sqm plot with its footprint occupying about 40% of the entire plot.

Warm hues, rich textures and materials bring a sense homeliness to the spaces which were finished in white on the ceilings and walls. Our design took account of building orientation challenges which resulted in certain areas of the house being dark and insufficiently lit up, and fixed those challenges within genious design and an efficient lighting system. What a truly delightful home!
